Using Horizon AI

You may use the builder to make games. You may not use it to produce content that is illegal, that harasses or endangers people, or that infringes someone else's rights.

You are responsible for what you prompt and for what you share.

What you make is yours

You keep ownership of your prompts, the images you attach and the games that come back. No rights over them are claimed beyond what is needed to generate and display them for you.

Content you bring

Only attach images, models or audio you have the right to use. Material uploaded without that right may be removed along with anything built on it.

Preview features

The builder is offered as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features described as coming may change before they ship, and features in preview may change or be withdrawn.

Liability

Horizon AI is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, it is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Changes

These terms are updated when the product changes. The date above says when they last were.
